Vienna Prime is a private baseball academy focused on pitching, hitting and fielding development for all levels/ages of baseball players. The main focus is on fundamentals, developing knowledge and love of the game. I believe baseball can be used to build trust, strength, character and a first class student athlete through a no excuses mindset.
Vienna Prime is geared towards players developing their love of the game (typically in the 7-8 year old range) all the way up into the college player.
My son saw this in Coach Lancman from his very first pitching lesson at the age of 8, and this made him hungry to learn more about the art of pitching. After just two lessons, my son could see his strike percentage increase dramatically which made him want to work and learn even more.
Coach Lancman is a no nonsense pitching instructor with a wealth of knowledge. From day one, he taught my son the most important pitch in baseball, proper pitching mechanics and to focus on hitting his spots. He always told my son, “don’t worry about velocity, hit your spots, the velo will eventually come.”
My son is now a Division 1 pitcher and I know a huge part of why he is there is from the pitching instruction he has received from Coach Lancman over the last 10 years.
